# User Dashboard

### What is the user dashboard?

The user dashboard provides you with a visual insight into the current health and status of your website. You can personally check across all seven monitors to see if there are any active alerts ongoing. You will still be notified of any problems via email.

An initial summary of the whole status of your website is provided. By opening the tab, you can drill down into each monitor's status.

### How do you access it?

Once you pay for an UpWatch plan, your website will be manually added to all of our monitoring tools, and you will then be sent access via email to the user dashboard. You can then always log in via [https://app.upwatch.co.uk](https://app.upwatch.co.uk/).

### What do I do if I have any questions or problems?

There is a support portal within the user dashboard. Press the 'Support' option in the menu, or the button labelled 'Go to support portal' from the dashboard.

Within the support portal, you can submit support tickets and view the status of any open or closed tickets.
